Terms of Use
Sheepheadsxart, also known as sheepheadsstore, explicitly require commission artwork for personal use. if client wishes to resell commission art work, it is only by explicit written permission by artist L.G. Shepherd. Copyright terms means resell must credit and/or explicitly refer to the artist of sheepheadsxart/sheepheadsstore by L.G. Shepherd.
Types of commissions are vetted through inquiry of services. Certain subject matter may be denied for requested service by artists, L.G. Shepherd discretion.
Revisions
Revisions are only allowed during the sketch process. The allowed amount of revisions is (2) during the sketch process. Sketches are defined as pencil graphite line work in black/white and/or grayscale upon sketch paper.
AI
Sheepheadsxart, also known as sheepheadsstore, by artist L.G. Shepherd pledges human-drawn sketches, commission artwork - Digital Illustrations and Original Portraits.
Do Not use sketches and completed commission artwork for AI and generative AI sites and services. Clients may not use commissioned artwork illustrations or original art portraiture sketches and canvases for AI and generative AI sites, services and purposes.
Do Not resell sketches and completed commission artwork for AI and generative AI sites and services. Clients may not use commissioned artwork illustrations or original art protature sketches and canvases for AI and germinative AI sites, services and purposes.
Process
Sheepheadsxart, also known as sheepheadsstore, pledges a two week commission service per request. The first week includes service inquiry, references, desired color scheme and sketches with up to (2) revisions. Partial, 50% non-refundable, payment is taken at the end of satisfied sketches and/or maximum revisions. The second week will include one progress color process, then final payment before art delivery via email address and/or physical address depending on requested service.
If dissatisfied with the process, client may cancel finishing the commission art work project. No refunds are issued after partial, non-refundable payment and/or after final payment.
Pricing
Sheepheadsxart, also known as sheepheadsstore, pricing is set per commission service request and per commission art work. Clients are allowed additional commission service (1) commission art work piece at a time. For instance, clients may commission (1) Digital Illustration or (1) Original Portrait per a two week commission service.
There are no negotiations allowed to raise or lower the commission service prices. However, if client wishes to provide additional tip, they are able to do so via third-party payment service via PayPal.
Payment
Sheepheadsxart, also known as sheepheadsstore, uses third-party payment processor via PayPal.
Partial, non-refundable, payment is allowed at 50% of commission price. No refunds are issued after partial, non-refundable payment and/or after final payment.
All sales are final.
